Look to EDO
  . . . to Refer Good Candidates

EDO is always looking for good people, and you can help. Research has shown that candidates who are hired into a company through employee referrals typically become excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and are a more cost effective recruit. For these reasons, EDO encourages employees to refer good candidates to come work for us.

Here’s where you come in. If you know someone who would be a good addition to EDO and they meet the qualifications for an existing open requisition listed below, it may be worth as much as $1000* to you if you refer them for employment and they are hired.

* The referral bonus varies depending on the nature of the job, security clearance required, and level of difficulty in recruiting for the position, but runs between $250 and $1,000. For those particularly difficult to fill positions, higher referral awards may be offered.

If you have a question about the award-level for a specific position, you may inquire by emailing the HR Recruiter responsible for that position. You will be contacted when/if your referral is hired by EDO.
