Value-Based Six Sigma (VBSS) at ITT

Value-Based Six Sigma is known as the continuous improvement program that works. The key to its success is the training of employees who work full time to improve the company's performance.

Company-wide, Value-Based Six Sigma gives employees around the world the opportunity to make a difference.

Every ITT Value Center has a Champion who identifies the site's most-worthy improvement projects. Each project is steered by a Black Belt employee trained in the use of statistical tools that can lead to higher quality, better customer service, leaner production and faster product development.
