Fred Bassett, former CFO of Condor Systems, Inc, which was acquired by EDO in July of this year, has joined EDO's Corporate Office and will assume the positions of CFO and Vice President, Finance effective January 2, 2003. Mr. Reed will remain with EDO in a transition role through March 31, 2003 when his retirement becomes effective.
