EDO TO RELEASE FOURTH QUARTER RESULTS ON FEBRUARY 24

NEW YORK - January 25, 2005 - EDO Corporation (NYSE: EDO) expects to release its fourth-quarter 2004 financial results prior to the NYSE open of trading on Feb. 24.

The company has scheduled an analyst conference call for 10:30 EST that morning. A live webcast of the conference call will be available to all investors at the EDO Corporation website at www.edocorp.com or at www.Vcall.com.
