EDO TO RELEASE YEAR-END RESULTS ON FEBRUARY 23

NEW YORK - Jan 30, 2006 - EDO Corporation (NYSE: EDO) expects to release its year-end 2005 financial results prior to the NYSE open of trading on February 23.

The company has scheduled an analyst conference call for 10:30 EST that morning. A live webcast of the conference call will be available to all investors at the EDO Corporation website at www.edocorp.com or at www.Vcall.com.
