EDO TO RELEASE FIRST QUARTER RESULTS ON APRIL 27

NEW YORK - March 30, 2006 - EDO Corporation (NYSE: EDO) expects to release its first-quarter 2006 financial results prior to the NYSE open of trading on April 27.

The company has scheduled an analyst conference call for 10:30 EDT that morning. A live webcast of the conference call will be available to all investors at the EDO Corporation website at www.edocorp.com or at www.InvestorCalendar.com.
