EDO FILES SUPPLEMENTAL PROXY INFORMATION WITH SEC
NEW YORK - Nov. 29, 2007 - EDO Corporation (NYSE: EDO) ) has filed supplemental information with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the company’s pending acquisition by ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT). The information consists of a presentation made today to representatives of Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS).
ISS, which was acquired by RiskMetrics Group in January 2007, assists institutional investors in fulfilling their fiduciary obligations with comprehensive proxy analysis. A copy of the presentation is available to all investors on EDO’s website at www.edocorp.com.
